Home Health United will again offer this annual clinic that is also open to the Madison community. Medicare B/Medicaid are accepted. You will need to present your Medicare or Medicaid card. Your flu shot may be covered by your insurance program by going to your private physician. Please note if you need a pneumonia vaccine it is advised to see your private physician. The pneumonia vaccine will not be available at this clinic.
