The Mission Committee wishes to thank the many people who made the Guatemala Auction possible and supported the 2024 students from Monte Hebron Presbyterian Church in Santo Domingo, Guatemala. Your generosity will provide scholarships for 53 students in 2024 when the school year begins in January 2024.

• 4 Steering Committee Members (Judy Von Bergen, Chan Sommers, Jane Bertram & Sally Lorenz)

• 12+ People who helped organize the donated items to price them, keep a record of them, and put them on display in Bradfield

• 65 Donors of a record 420 items

• 9 Retired Men who helped move tables and donations in and out of C206, Bradfield, and A111 on several different days

• A Multitude of shoppers

• 102 bidders

• 70 who submitted the highest bids and purchased items

• 21 people who gave extra donations directly for scholarships

• Total funds received for Auction items: $10,079.00

• Total additional donations to the scholarship fund: $2,628.00

• Total available for 2024 Scholarships including the $5500 in our operating budget: $18,207.00
