Divisive Language in a Divisive Time

What can the Bible teach us about our language choices in a divisive time? You may have at some point thought about the yourself as "us" and some other group as "them.” It could be as simple as fans of another sports team or as complex as members of a different political party, practitioners of a different religion, or citizens of a different nation. But we are all God's children.... right? This class will look at what the Bible tells us about divisive language and how our word choices can draw lines between us where none were needed. Covenant member Michael Whitley will lead this class.
