2022 Offering: Presbyterian Disaster Assistance
You can help refugees and refugee families across the globe this year as the Christmas Eve Mission Offering will go to Presbyterian Disaster Assistance's Refugee Ministry.
Presbyterian Disaster Assistance (PDA) is responsible for coordinating the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) humanitarian response to to all types of global crises. Their Refugee Ministry provides advocacy on behalf of refugees, asylum seekers and other forced migrants. Refugees are individuals who are outside their home country afraid of likely persecution of death if sent back to that country because of their religion, race, nationality, political opinion or membership in a social group, and whose government is unwilling or unable to protect them.
At Christmas we celebrate the birth of Jesus, the one who came to bring light and love to the world. Through this offering, we share the light and the love.
